Support the Head of Marketing & Operational Support in developing KINTO Join sales globally based on according Market analysis and implementing most viable business models.

Provide sales support to the Markets and customers of KINTO Join Ltd in maximizing the monetization potential of KJ products.

Provide cross-functional support within Marketing & Operational Support Department.

Key responsibilities

  • Support Markets in their KJ sales activities:
    • consultancy on sales approaches & best practice sharing across Markets
    • competent advisory on market study, competitive analysis and pricing strategy 
    • support local account management and community management teams when and where needed
    • support Markets in providing pitches & demos to their key customers
  • Collect and analyse Markets’ / customers’ feedback and ensure it has been considered in further products’ development (UX/UI improvements, new features, new verticals)
  • Participation in operational meetings and strategic sessions with Markets (regular and on-demand) during and after launch
  • Cooperation and coordination with the Marketing & Content team as well as Head of Product & Delivery for ensuring proper supply to the Markets of everything what is needed for successful sales 
  • Handle direct sales to Global customers on non-KJ Markets  (e.g. Sandbox or tailor-made solutions)
  • Cross-functional support and back-up for Content Management and Operational Support 
  • Monitor and report Markets sales

Essential to the role

  • Strong knowledge of the Product features and technicalities (platform, algorithms etc.)
  • Project Management ability
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent computer skills particularly related to web/app
  • English is the business language, the employee must have good verbal and written English skills

Useful to the role

  • Any other European language is advantageous
  • Operational experience in the platform economy, mobility start-up, or mobility consultancy 
  • Work experience in IT would be advantageous
  • Communicative and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to analyze facts & data and identify the best solution
  • Result-driven and able to break down complex tasks into manageable portions
  • Well-organized, excellent planning, following deadlines
  • Proactive: positive attitude with a desire to exceed client’s expectations 
  • Flexible to travel as and when required
