Provide operational support to the Markets – customers of KINTO Join Ltd. – before, during and after launch.

Key responsibilities

  • Support Markets in their KJ launch activities (technical/legal implementation)
  • Act as a ‘window’ for any Market request with further delivery of this request to the responsible KJ team members 
  • Track & deliver: find a prompt solution to arising problems of Markets before, during and after launch (e.g. IT / systems/web/app etc.)
  • Analyse Markets’ / customers’ feedback and ensure it has been considered in further products’  development  (UX/UI improvements)
  • Participation in operational meetings with Markets (regular sessions and on-demand) before, during, and after launch
  • Cooperation and coordination with the Marketing & Content team for ensuring proper communication to the Markets
  • Administrative and other necessary support of the Department daily activity (e.g. reports, schedules, documents etc.) 

Essential to the role

  • Strong knowledge of the Product features and technicalities (platform, algorithms etc.)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent computer skills particularly related to web/app
  • English is the business language, employee must have good verbal and written English skills

Useful to the role

  • Any other European language is advantageous
  • Operational experience in the platform economy, mobility start-up, or mobility consultancy 
  • Work experience in IT would be advantageous
  • Communicative and problem-solving mindset

  • Initiative and self-driven 
  • Caring and patient: positive attitude with a desire to exceed clients expectations
